Ground Based Sessions
TROtt offers individual, small and large group ground-based sessions that focus on engaging with horses without riding. These sessions enhance mental and social well-being, team-work and communication through grooming, games, and communication with the horses. Our ground based sessions are run by certified Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) coaches. Ground based sessions help promote well-being and life skills through hands-on experiences.
Equine Assisted Therapy
One-on-one sessions with our licensed therapist alongside our horses. Equine-Assisted Therapy focuses on the interactions between clients and horses to foster emotional growth and healing. This unique therapeutic method harnesses the intuitive qualities of horses to aid individuals in enhancing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills.
Barn Buddies
Barn Buddies offers weekly group programming with our EAL facilitators where participants learn about horse care, barn work, and engage in horse activities. Helping in the barn is a fulfilling experience, connecting with horses, and gaining valuable skills in responsibility, teamwork and communication while working alongside peers in community, and the satisfaction of seeing the positive impact of your efforts on the horses and the barn is incredibly rewarding.
